Sometimes Farm Service Agency is an option as well. If short term financing is your need, then we will work with you to develop a package to submit to various lenders in order to obtain competitive pricing quotes. The package will need a clear an concise reporting of past history, current positions, and future projections. A business operational plan is usually necessary as well. This work we typically do on a consulting basis for a fixed fee or hourly consulting fee.

Real Estate Loans - The options for real estate financing are more varied, and depend on the size of the loan, the desired term, type of operation, amount of leverage, and type of interest rate. Local banks, Farm Credit, and insurance companies are the best players for this type of financing. Some lenders will want to sell the loan on the secondary market to Farmer Mac. Rincon generally works on a commission for this type of financing.

Financial Restructuring – Financial restructuring is generally considered when there is some financial hardship and the grower is unable to meet debt obligations. However, financial restructuring is sometimes necessary or desirable just to optimize the structure and placement of your capital resources. Sometimes these get out of whack as a result of accumulating different loans over time. Having been on the “other side of the desk” for many years, we can work with you on the right approach and the right timing.

Equity Financing – Rincon invests for its own account and for its clients in various type opportunities. Typically, we provide the management for the entities and sometimes the operations involved. If your financing needs require outside investment capital, we might be able to help.
