Located in a beautiful private setting within San Miguelito Canyon, this pastoral ranch offers sweeping views of a large
portion of Santa Barbara County. The property is irregular in shape and consists of two legal parcels, each with a
certificate of compliance. The elevation runs from approximately 840 to about 360 feet. Wildlife is abundant with quail
and dove, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, and deer. Once utilized as a diatomaceous earth operation, this property has
