Location:

The Holmdahl Ranch is located on the west side of San Miguelito Road, approximately two miles south of downtown Lompoc. The property is bounded to the north, south, and west by private ranches and possesses approximately 2/3 of a mile of frontage on San Miguelito Road. Description:

Located in a beautiful private setting within San Miguelito Canyon, this pastoral ranch offers sweeping views of a large portion of Santa Barbara County. The property is irregular in shape and consists of two legal parcels, each with a certificate of compliance. The elevation runs from approximately 840 to about 360 feet. Wildlife is abundant with quail and dove, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, and deer. Once utilized as a diatomaceous earth operation, this property has been fully reclaimed and is now utilized primarily for cattle ranching but could potentially support grapes, horses, agriculture, or recreation. Topography:

The topography is varied on most of the property and consists primarily of gently rolling to steep terrain with some level farmland found within Parcel 2 along the San Miguelito Road boundary.
